The Division Festival of Talents (DFOT) 2026 officially kicked off on January 14, 2026, at exactly 8:00 a.m. at Jose Rizal Elementary School, gathering learners from different schools across the division in a celebration of talent, creativity, and excellence. This year’s theme: Empowering the Youth: Unleashing Potentials in Creative Industries in the Era of Artificial Intelligence (AI) highlights the integration of creativity and technology, preparing learners to thrive in the AI-driven generation.
This also emphasizes youth empowerment by providing opportunities for learners to explore and develop their talents in various creative fields. Schools Division Superintendent Joel T. He highlighted that behind every performance and contest is a Filipino youth with a dream to fulfill, underscoring the event’s role in shaping confident and well-rounded learners.
