      Under the strong and compassionate leadership of Mayor Imelda “Emi” Calixto-Rubiano, Pasay City not only prepared but also empowered its young athletes-transforming them into true champions at the 2025 Palarong Pambansa held in May in Ilocos Norte.

      Mayor Emi’s leadership went beyond policy. Through her vision, athletes not only trained, but they also felt, seen, supported, and empowered. Pasay City’s performance, which ranked 2nd out of 111 divisions competed at the National level is a direct testament to a leader who built champions through integrity and dedication.

     Your care, dedication, and confidence in the abilities of our youth are priceless. May this serve as an inspiration to future generations of athletes of Pasay City.

      We, DepEd Pasay City under the leadership of Dr. Joel T. Torrecampo, extend our heartfelt gratitude for your unwavering support and concern for the young athletes.

     Thank you very much, Mayor Emi, for your irreplaceable support and for your proactive initiatives. Our student-athletes were not only equipped and on par to world-class facilities and training, but were also inspired by the collective pride of an entire city that stood beside them.
